about

These are the traveller's comfort, knowing that we are on track. Signposts are particularly important on a hiking trail, one signpost leads to another providing a goal, a direction and the time required to get there.
Each circle of fifth chord progression used throughout this piece represent each one of those signpost, they naturally lead to the next set of chords. Modulating from the key of F to C. Though sometimes God might want us to stop and enjoy the scenery in a particular spot or perhaps a lesson to learn before we move on, so we feel like our journey is temporary suspended in 01:02-01:36 (key of G#), 02:24-03:02 (key of E).

Well, just like the Israelite being taken into a long detour to the promise land...same as this piece. Modulating from the key of F to C was supposed to be an easy task, but we have gone through the whole series of circle of 5th to get to the goal.
